SolveIT bags PMICFC's web application project

WESTBOROUGH, MA, April 13, 2009 - SolveIT Inc. has been signed by the Project Management Institute Central Florida Chapter, Inc. (PMICFC) to develop a web application that will help them to manage content dynamically. The Orlando-based regional chapter of the Project Management Institute will utilize SolveIT's robust solution to develop the web mechanism that will enable them to collaborate easily.

SolveIT will develop a web application using its proprietary framework software application, CustomView® and other resources including ASP.net. The application will have the ability to transfer content from their existing web application. It will also provide PMICFC tools to collaborate more effectively with their members by allowing them to create discussion forums, blogs, and enable job postings in a streamlined manner.

The web application will have a seamless user interface that will allow users to navigate pages without any trouble and can find information easily.

"I am happy to announce that PMICFC has chosen SolveIT to develop a web application for their portal," said Vasu Ram, CEO of SolveIT Inc. "We have a long-standing relationship with the Project Management Institute, having maintained their Information Systems Special Interest Group's web infrastructure and we hope to foster such relationship with the Central Florida Chapter.

"Having worked with PMI-ISSIG, we understand their inherent difficulties and know which solutions work the best for them," Vasu continued. "I am confident that we will create a sophisticated content management solution that is sure to streamline the interactive process between the individual members of the Central Florida chapter and help them keep themselves updated. We also hope that the developed application is sure to meet the design imperatives set by PMICFC."

"We are excited to offer our members a full range of services to help with their professional growth," said Krista Pizzurro, vice-president, communications, PMI-CFC. " SolveIT Inc. will develop a quality solution that is vital in fulfilling our mission to provide an online forum promoting the principles of the Project Management Institute and profession through networking, sharing project experiences, training and ongoing support."
