	About – The Client Understanding about the client, business achievements & the project details are important and during the initial discussion all of the above could be documented.
	Job Description – Review One of the senior executives in organization will review the Job Description before it is sent to the recruiters. During the review, there could be questions raised to the client to understand the job and to understand what type of consultant will fit into that job. With all those details, the job description is sent to recruiters for time affective search for consultant.
	Look for Consultants The team of recruiters with the given job description will then search through the databases available with SolveIT Inc to get a qualified and matching consultant for a review and also uses external tools to get candidates. Once the matching consultants are initially screened by the recruiters, they are passed on to the Manager who handling the account.
	Consultants – Screening With the technical team available internally. Those consultants are rigorously screened both on technology and also on the personal front. Where ever required those consultants are subjected to reference checks to give a better idea on the experience of the consultant.
	Discussion with Consultant Once the technical screening is done, one of the managers will be talking to the consultant to give an idea of the client, job profile and the expectation of the client from the consultant. This will also give opportunity to Manager to clarify any doubts the consultant may be having on the project.
	Prospective Consultants The list of those selected consultants will then be submitted to the client who will then be getting into their interview process.
	Feedback we expect the client to give a feedback within 24 hours of the interview is done such that the same can be passed to the consultant. Once the feedback is given and if the consultant is selected, then the paper work for the consultant to join the project starts and gets done within 24-48 hours.
